Hello! If you are reading this, you may have signed up for a subscription last week after I announced this new book column. Or maybe you’re an OG who has been here from the beginning. Either way, thanks for being here. Normally I keep the comments closed on everything because well you know how comments sections can get. But I’m going to leave them open on these paid posts as a safe space for us book nerds to talk about the written word and our personal favorites (I’ve always been partial to “didactic.”) I’d also like to use this space to do some book giveaways in the future. Not just for my crappy books but some others that I have lying around in my collection or forthcoming releases. I’d love to create a little book group community that shares our favorite reads here.
