I’ve been thinking about Green Day a lot lately. They’re making the rounds promoting their new album, Saviors, so they’ve been popping up in my feed a bunch. Last week they played a not-so-secret gig in a New York subway station which I thought was pretty cool until I realized Jimmy Fallon was involved. Blech. That’s like being super hungry, ordering a pizza from your favorite spot, picking it up, bringing it home, opening the box, and realizing Jimmy Fallon is in your house.
